The posting schedule controls when queued actions are sent to X. Outpulse will only post within your configured window, regardless of when a draft was approved.
Go to Settings → Schedule to configure.

Posting hours
Set the start and end time of your daily posting window.
Default: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Actions are queued and held outside this window. When the window opens, the queue begins processing with human-like delays between each action.
Active days
Toggle which days of the week Outpulse should post on.
Default: Monday – Friday
Enable Saturday and Sunday if your audience is active on weekends or if your ICP doesn’t follow a standard work week.
Timezone
Set the timezone that your posting hours are interpreted in.
Make sure your timezone is set correctly. A misconfigured timezone can cause posts to go out in the middle of the night or during hours when your audience is inactive.
How scheduling affects the queue
When a draft is approved outside your posting window, it goes into the queue as pending. It will post at the next available time within the window.
Example: You approve a draft at 11:30 PM on Thursday. Your schedule is Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm (your timezone). The draft will post on Friday morning after 9:00 AM.
If your daily DM cap is hit before all pending sends are processed, the remaining sends defer to the next available posting window (not necessarily the next day — the next valid hour-and-day combination).
Best practices
- Align with your audience’s active hours — reply engagement drops significantly outside of business hours for B2B audiences
- Avoid weekends unless your ICP is active then — for consumer products, weekend posting often outperforms weekdays
- Don’t set too narrow a window — a 2-hour window with a large queue may cause actions to bunch up unnaturally
