Outpulse uses a subscription + top-up model. Every plan includes a monthly credit refill. If you need more mid-cycle, you can buy a top-up pack that never expires.

What are credits?

Credits are the unit of usage in Outpulse. Every action that hits the X API or runs an AI draft costs a fixed number of credits. Scanning, intent scoring, and ICP filtering are all free — you only spend credits on AI drafts and on DMs that are actually sent. → Full credit cost breakdown

Free actions

These are always free, regardless of plan:
  • Running monitors (scanning followers, following, and tweet repliers)
  • AI fit scoring and bio/follower filtering
  • Importing leads into a campaign
  • Viewing campaigns, leads, outbound tracker, and analytics
  • Filtering, sorting, searching, and exporting
  • Managing thread pipeline status and notes

Two credit buckets

Your balance is split into two buckets: When Outpulse deducts credits, it drains your subscription bucket first, then falls back to rollover credits. This means your rollover credits act as a permanent safety net and are never wasted by a monthly reset.

Monthly refill

At the start of each billing cycle, your subscription bucket is reset to your plan’s monthly credit allowance. Any unused subscription credits from the previous month do not carry over — only rollover (top-up) credits persist.

Checking your balance

Your current credit balance appears in the top navigation bar of the dashboard. Click it to go to the Credits page and see:
  • Current balance (subscription + rollover)
  • Usage breakdown by action type
  • Full credit ledger (every debit and refill)

Credits are per account, not per workspace

Your credit balance is shared across all workspaces. You don’t need separate credit pools for different workspaces.

Atomic transactions

Every credit deduction is logged atomically — if an action fails after credits are charged, you’ll see a credit refund entry in your ledger. You won’t be charged for failed posts.
