Outpulse credits come from two sources: your monthly subscription (which refills automatically each billing cycle) and top-up packs (one-time purchases of lifetime credits).

Subscription plans

All plans include:
  • All monitor types and signal templates
  • Free AI drafting & regeneration (0.25 credits per DM draft)
  • Outbound tracker and analytics
  • Free scanning, intent scoring, and ICP filtering
Subscription credits reset at the start of every billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not carry over — only top-up rollover credits persist month to month.

Top-up pack

Top-up credits go into your rollover bucket and are only spent after your monthly subscription credits are exhausted. They’re ideal for high-activity months or bridging a gap between billing cycles.

Subscribing or topping up

  1. Go to Credits in the left sidebar
  2. Choose a subscription plan or click Buy top-up
  3. You’ll be redirected to the checkout page (powered by Dodo Payments)
  4. Complete payment
  5. Credits are added to your balance immediately after payment confirmation

Payment methods

Credit card and other payment methods are supported via Dodo Payments. Accepted methods are shown at checkout.

Purchase history

Your full purchase history is available in the Credits ledger. Each subscription refill and top-up purchase appears as a positive entry with the amount, timestamp, and type.

Receipts

A receipt is emailed to your account email address after every successful purchase or subscription renewal.

Running low on credits

When your balance drops below 50 credits, a low-balance warning appears in the dashboard and Outpulse sends you an email alert. If your balance reaches 0, monitors continue scanning but no new DMs are sent. Existing queued actions are held until credits are restored.
Buy a top-up pack before you hit zero — top-up credits never expire, so there’s no risk of buying too early.

Auto top-up

You can configure auto top-up under Credits → Settings. When your balance drops below your configured threshold, Outpulse automatically charges your saved payment method for a top-up pack. A 10-minute cooldown prevents duplicate charges, and you’ll get an email notification each time auto top-up fires.
