The Outbound Tracker (accessible via Inbox in the sidebar) is your post-send workspace. It shows every DM Outpulse has sent on your behalf, lets you manage pipeline status manually, and gives you a one-click link to continue the conversation natively on X. Outpulse is outbound-only — replies aren’t polled from X. You handle every inbound message natively, and use the tracker to remember where each conversation stands. Two-pane layout

Thread list (left pane)

Every DM thread appears as a row showing:
  • Prospect handle and display name
  • Avatar
  • Status badge — current pipeline stage
  • Last outbound — timestamp of the most recent DM sent
  • Message preview — first line of the last DM
Click any row to open the thread detail.

Thread detail (right pane)

Selecting a thread shows:
  • Full message history — every DM sent to this prospect, in chronological order
  • Status dropdown — update the pipeline stage manually
  • Private notes field — internal notes visible only to you (not sent to the prospect)
  • “View Chat on X” button — deep link to the conversation on X so you can reply natively
If the original send included signal context (the post that triggered it), that’s shown alongside the thread for reference.

Pipeline status

Outpulse does not poll X for inbound replies. You update the pipeline status manually as the conversation progresses. To update: open the thread, click the Status dropdown, choose the new stage.

Viewing conversations on X

Click View Chat on X in the thread detail to open the conversation directly on X. Replies happen natively there — Outpulse only tracks what it sends, not what you receive.

Private notes

Each thread has a Notes field for internal context — qualification notes, company details, next steps. Notes are never sent to the prospect and are only visible to your workspace.

Searching and filtering

Use the search bar at the top of the thread list to filter by handle or display name. Status filters let you focus on one pipeline stage — for example, viewing all Awaiting reply threads that are due a follow-up.

Credit note

DMs are charged when they are sent — not when they’re drafted, and not when you view or update threads here. The Outbound Tracker is always free to use. → Credit costs
